All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record (MoR). This means Paddle is the official seller of our products and handles all transactions, taxes, and invoicing.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us or Paddle within 14 days of your purchase date, and we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle portal. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date. No prorated refunds are offered.
To request a refund, you can: (1) Contact Paddle directly through the link in your purchase receipt, or (2) Email us at support@oyola.co with your Order ID. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Important: Upon receiving a full refund, your license to use any downloaded software or services is immediately revoked and terminated. You must delete all copies of the files.
